1. Time for return and formalities

  • You have 14 calendar days from receiving the package to withdraw from the contract and send the shipment.

  • Before sending the item back, please complete the return request in the Customer Panel. This will help us identify your package faster and speed up the refund.

To simplify the process as much as possible, we encourage you to use the Convenient Returns service. It lets you send the package quickly and without unnecessary formalities:

  • Everything can be done online in just a few moments.

  • Often you don’t even need to print a shipping label.

  • You can be sure the shipment will go directly to our warehouse.

3. Self-shipping (Other shipping methods)

If you prefer to send the package yourself:

  • The cost of sending the return shipment is the Buyer’s responsibility.

  • You can use any courier company or the Polish Post.

  • Attention: The shipment must be sent directly to our warehouse address. We cannot accept packages from parcel lockers, parcel machines, or pick-up points (e.g., Żabka, Orlen).

  • Ensure the item is securely packed for transport.

4. Condition of the returned goods

Make sure the returned products come back to us in an undamaged condition:

  • Products must be free of odors (e.g., perfume, smoke), cosmetic traces, or new fabric damage.

  • If the product had attached tags, they must remain in place.

Important information about used products:

Remember, we offer used and unique items. They may show natural signs of wear that do not constitute a product defect (details are always in the item description). Due to the uniqueness of the assortment, we do not offer the option to exchange the item for an identical one or to repair it.
